We appreciate your interest in The Higher Law.  In an effort to help you better understand The Higher Law and facilitate discussion, we have prepared a list of frequently asked questions.  We encourage you to continue to make comments and ask any questions.  Thank you again for your interest in this great movement.

Question:  What exactly is this movement associated with The Higher Law?

We are still learning much about this through our translations of The Higher Law.  What we know so far is that The Higher Law directs the creation of a group of great economic and political organizations.  These organizations will build a world economy and propagate the important principles of The Higher Law, including the unalienable rights of God’s children, a moral code for economics and politics, a new economic model, and many other principles that will create an environment where all of us can develop our gifts and accomplish the great purposes of our lives.  This group of organizations will rise as an alternative to the great organization designed by the adversary and prospered by his powerful evil organizations.

Question:  Is this a religious movement?

This is not a religious movement and is not affiliated with any religion.  It is natural for us to think that anything that involves God is religion, but this is not the case.  There are plenty of great examples where individuals have been inspired by God in areas other than religion to lead important movements or accomplish great things.  One of the best examples of this is the founding of United States of America.  These men and women were called by God, received instruction for an entire nation, and under God’s direction founded a great nation.  The Higher Law is the foundation for an economic and political movement directed by God.  We do not claim any religious authority or seek to demean the essential role of religion in any way.

Question:  Why is a religious leader not called to lead a movement like this?

This is the same question I kept asking when I first began to understand The Higher Law.  Over time, the answer to this question has become clear.  This is an economic and political movement that is meant to invite members of all religions to unite together and through The Higher Law build great organizations that will prosper God’s purposes in politics and economics.  A religious movement would not be able to effectively accomplish this due to the appropriate separation of church and state and the religious biases that would prevent members of one religion from openly considering those movements propagated by another religion.

Question:  Do you believe you are a prophet?

God has called me to specific responsibilities for this movement.  As part of this process, God has allowed us to see visions and use other spiritual gifts to receive instruction on and progress this movement.  In essence, we have been allowed to exercise spiritual gifts that have historically been associated with prophets; however, we do not claim any religious authority as is typically denoted by the term prophet.

Question:  If we believe this, what are we supposed to do?

Prepare to receive The Higher Law.  The Higher Law will be published this year (2010) and will provide the additional instruction on how we move forward in accomplishing these purposes.  Until that time, we will continue to post the history of this movement and other important information that will help you better understand and prepare for the purposes of The Higher Law and this movement.

This is great! So many of our 300 Million plus americans need to read and understand these statements of facts. Or we as a nation may perish from the earth!

    Jason,

I was asked to check out your website. I have read all of the posts on it have many questions. I don’t know where the best place is to dump all of them so I will just start here. I don’t have time to relate them all, but I have to start somewhere. I don’t mean any disrespect in any of my questions, I just have a matter of fact, no b.s. delivery. I know the blog can get pretty contentious, if you want to snail mail me any of these, Ginger can get my address to you.

    1. I haven’t ever seen a vision and I am hard pressed to even remember many of the dreams that I have. What would you say to others that want to fine tune their visionary powers? How do you decide when a dream is a dream and when it is a vision? Or to ask in a different way are all dreams interpretable in some special message? Are followers encouraged to seek their own dreams and visions? Can you interpret other people’s dreams?
    A. When you have a visitation, is it just a message that you receive like a tape recording or can you ask questions of your visitor? Can yo speak freely to them? How long to these take? Have you ever asked a personal question of a visitor? I mean stuff like asking Martin Luther if he would have voted for Barrack? Or maybe questions to set the record straight like asking Moses about parting the Red Sea, is our account accurate or does he have any comments?
    B. How are their identities revealed? Do their earthly mannerisms show in the current state? Do black people appear black? Did Tupac use his earthly dialect, was he proud of his work, or did he wish he had been a little more PG-13? Everybody wearing robes? White hair? What age, are they all appearing to be in their 40’s, younger, different ages? Do your visitors hover or do they use the ground?
I have some more but am out of time. Thanks Nate
